Finansoft do not provide any investment or trading recommendation, advice or consultancy. You should not rely upon any information posted on Trading4Pro platforms, tools, applications or website with respect to your trade activities and actual trading decisions.

Finansoft’s “Chart Widget” feature allows 3rd parties to publish content through “On-Chart Trading Ideas Feed” when chart widget is embedded on 3rd party's resources. Although Finansoft having control over that feature, the company can’t and won’t edit/control all the content uploaded by 3rd parties; therefore, it is your solely responsibility to decide if that content suits your trading habits.

Finansoft does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Market Trends, Charts, Trading Ideas, Algo Trends or Back Testing Charts;

Data provided by or through Trading4Pro platforms, tools, applications and website relying on live rates data feed that might have delays or interrupts, thus Finansoft does not warrants that any data feeds, other data relying on data feeds like Market Trends, Charts, Trading Ideas, Algo Trends and Back Testing Charts, shall be accurate or provide real time data.

The Back Testing Charts simulate historic data and cannot be accurate compared to real time analysis, and any usage of this tools or its output can NOT be used as indication of success of tested trading strategy. User also must understand that historical results can not indicate any future performance or profits.

Finansoft will not accept any liability for loss or damage as a result of reliance on Market Trends, Charts, Trading Ideas, Algo Trends and Back Testing Charts, live rates data feeds or any other data provided by or through trading4pro platforms, tools, applications or website. It is customary to have differences between real time quotes between different service providers. While trading you hereby approve that you will not rely on the Alerts provided by the Market Trends or Algo Trends, and you will make your trading decision relying only on the real time system provided by the 3rd party facilitating the trade;

You acknowledge that no one can truly predict, in any way, future trade quotes and performance and your reliance on other's Market Trends, Charts, Trading Ideas, Algo Trends and Back Testing Charts are made on your own risk.

You are responsible for any Trading Ideas you posted or any Market Trends, Charts, Trading Ideas, Algo Trends and Back Testing Charts you shared on Trading4Pro platforms or any 3rd parties’ websites, including, but not limited to financial/trading forums or communities;

FINANSOFT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE, ALL WARRANTIES AND ALL DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES IMPLIED IN LAW, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FINANSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE OPERATION OR USE OF THE TRADING4PRO PLATFORM, APPLICATION AND WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, CONTINUOUS, REAL-TIME OR ERROR-FREE. FINANSOFT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT ANY MARKET TRENDS, CHARTS, ALGO TRENS, BACK TESTING CHARTS OR TRADING IDEAS OR OTHER DATA POSTED TO ITS PLATFORM OR WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR PREDICT ANY TRADE POSITION OR INCREASE ANY TRADE ACTIVITY OR PERFORMANCE;

FINANSOFT SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR OR THIRD PARTY USAGE IN OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TRADING4PRO PLATFORMS, TOOLS, APPLICATIONS OR WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

FINANSOFT SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY MARKET TRENDS, CHARTS, ALGO TRENDS, BACK TESTING CHARTS OR TRADING IDEAS OR ANY OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON TRADING4PRO PLATFORMS, APPLICATIONS OR WEBSITE AND YOU USE SUCH INFORMATION ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Definitions:

“Market Trends” - shall mean Finansoft’s technical analysis tool, that is automatically analyzing popular indicators of technical analysis behavior (e.g. EMA, RSI and Stochastic) and provides a score to each indicator’s behavior on a 5 grades scale – "Strong Sell", "Sell", "Neutral", "Buy", "Strong Buy" for different financial instruments, per different timeframes;
a.
“Charts” - shall mean any Charts provided on Trading4Pro websites, mobile applications and platform or through widgets embedded on 3rd party resources including (i) Real-time stock Charts; (ii) Multi-Platform Real-Time stock Charts; (iii) Real-time interactive stock Charts; (iv) Real-time Mobile stock Charts; (v) On-Chart data; (vi) Back Testing Charts;
b.
“Trading Ideas” - shall mean general or specific information regarding the financial markets along with ideas, opinions, comments, reviews, articles, analysis and any other financial content posted by You or Your users on any of Trading4Pro websites or platform or any 3rd party websites through Finansoft “On-Chart Trading Ideas Feed” or “screenshot” features or by any other means;
c.
“On-Chart Trading Ideas Feed” – shall mean feed showing Trading Ideas presented on Charts, allowing 3rd parties to publish their content on chart widgets embedded on 3rd parties’ resources;
d.
"Algo Trends" – shall mean a tool, based on Finansoft's Market Trends tool, this demo tool allows user to customize parameters of all indicators existing in Market Trends tool, to add "take profit" and "stop loss" levels and to track customized algorithm efficiency in terms of profitability. Algo Trend tool will provide2 types of signals: (1) [opening signal] – when all the parameters as defined by user are matched; (2) [closing signal] - when opening signal reaches "take profit" or "stop loss" level as defined by user;
e.
" Back Testing Chart" – shall mean a tool that presents on chart demonstration of algorithm based on user's customized parameters tested on historic financial data (candlestick data); To avoid any doubt, this tool simulates historic data and cannot be accurate compared to real time analysis.
